excellent - from start to finish !! called these as an emergency work in york and my dentist could not fit me in at all this week... was recommended to call these lovely people and i could see why. had me in within the hour for my treatment, broken filled cleaned out and new one in. such lovely staff a really nice vibe to the practise too. i am going to be swapping my dentist asap!! if you have an emergency or not these are the best dentist to call

Went here by chance, could not find an nhs dentist and had awful toothache. All staff very friendly and put you at ease. Now intend on staying here, highly recommend.

Rob has looked after my teeth since 1982 and I would travel to stay with him,he is amazing and the whole practice make you feel so welcome and completely at ease and cannot praise them enough.

Went as private patient in early 2018. Very friendly service at both the front counter and from the dentist, but unfortunately the work itself felt very rushed and as a result the quality was disappointing. A large cavity in a wisdom tooth was missed entirely despite x-rays being taken, and I had to get this corrected with an extraction a few months later. A scale and polish was paid for, but done in a rush and lots of areas were missed. A filling on a front tooth was performed and this has held up fine so far. Pricing was fairly high even for private. Wouldn't have been an issue except for the rushing. If they can put a focus on quality outcomes and stop rushing to fit short booking slots, this place would hit 4/5 stars no question.

Fantastic experience. Went to this practice after having excruciating toothache and after days of being unable to find an NHS dentist that would see me. All of the staff I met, from the warmly welcoming receptionist, to the friendly professionalism of the dental nurse, to the cracking sense of humour of Rob the dentist, put me at my ease. I know that Rob has many many years of experience in dentistry. He explained the situation very clearly to me but without making it feel like the end of the world (my previous dentist was very doom and gloom all the time and it made me very anxious). They sorted me out in no time and did a great job of distracting me from the typical unpleasantness of having a filling. Highly recommend. Thank you for your help.
