Great service as always. Currently the menu has a parsnip soup, which is served in an extremely fancy way although the portion size is smaller than normal. The kids chocolate sundae went down a treat with the little one and is amazing value at £4

Food is good. I have been served with friendly staff every time when I come here. A great place to social with friends.

Good place. On the top floor they have a small but nice selection of food and alcohol. But overpriced for the same product found elsewhere. Bonus is the view from the window.

I went today to get some 'The Ordinary' products, the 2 ladies on that particular brand were so helpful & so friendly. They went above and beyond, showed me a website I could get the items they don't stock.

Everything you would expect from Harvey Nichols, good variety of products and the price tag to go with lol

The lady serving me at The Ordinary Kiosk was very welcoming, got my product straight away and processed everything quickly and smoothly. Great service

Went to this shop today in Manchester and loved it ... had my nails done there and then... girls were amazing.. would defo go bk.

Visited the Chanel counter on Monday and what a joke! The girl looked like she had rolled in from the night before, it was a struggle for her to put a sentence together. What a mess! This isn't the first bad experience my family and I have had with this counter. The ladies are either not there, rude or looking like they want to die. Had a great experience with the older lady, Sam? she is fantastic. However after Monday we will not be returning to this store.
