This garage and dealership are useless. After servicing my car and informing me that the car needed a new coolant tank, I left my car with them and was given a date that the work would be completed for. With no contact, I presumed that the car would be complete. However upon arriving, my car had not even be looked at (bearing in mind they had the car for a week). Their responses were not helpful and they did not want to accept any responsibility for this, instead deciding to blame deliveries etc. You are better off finding independent garages than this place. I for one will certainly not be using again.

Red flag with this company! Bought a car, but reflected on it in the morning to decide to not go through with it. I have been robbed of my £250 deposit and have been contacting them to get this back. They are refusing the refund stating that it’s non-refundable, even though they did not state on the day that it would not be refundable. I would suggest everyone to steer clear of this place! They’ve even stated that they have spoken to a family member and had the phone put down on them! (THERE HASN’T BEEN A PHONE CALL, THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE...the management won’t even call even though it’s been said from a sales person that “a manger will be contacting you”. I want my money back. Like I’ve said I feel I’ve been robbed! Steer well clear.

Made an appointment to test drive a Seat Leon Cupra, On arrival no parking was available so had to park on the main road (not a good start) I asked a salesman who was outside if he could free up a space but was told they were already full with customers cars ?? even though cars parked with price boards in the spaces so obviously couldn't be bothered no "Love your customer and care for your company here" Go to walk in the showroom and the main doors wouldn't work so we had to go round the side maybe put a sign up? entering the showroom we were ignored for a good 10 minutes then a manager finally asked if we needed help after which appeared he was more interested in his mobile phone, we were here to see Graham for a Cupra test drive after another 10 minutes graham arrives with the manners of a small child not knowing who we were and to tell us no Cupra on site to test drive!!!!! we left the dealership with no return and have since purchased a Seat Leon Cupra. Avoid this dealership terrible service terrible people

I found it difficult to find as there was no clear obvious seat signs or flags. Very expensive for investigation into my sat navs issue
