You pay for what you get. This company makes great blinds. And should there ever be a problem they won't just fob you off like other companies. They will send some one around to sort it very quickly. We have used this company twice now and i highly recommend.

Just visited Harmony Blinds this morning and I'm pleased to say we were impressed. They are in the process of refurbishing the showroom, but Carla made us very welcome and showed us to another room where we could browse the sample books. Such a good selection of all types of blinds. We want vertical ones and we quickly picked the one we liked. We took the measurements with us, to get an estimate of the price. Very pleased with that too. So a guy is coming to measure up again tomorrow and will give us a final price. I have only given 4 stars at the moment... I'll wait until the blinds have been fitted then no doubt I'll add to this review with a 5 star rating. Hopefully. Update... so the blinds and pelmets have now been fitted and I'm so pleased with them. Definitely a five star service. UPDATE..... So today a lovely young man came round to make a slight adjustment to the blind on our Juliet balcony. Got to say the service from Harmony Blinds is second to non, and such genuinely nice people to deal with. If you are looking for any type of blinds, do yourself a favour and get a quote from Harmony. You won't regret it. P.s. the photo doesn't do the blind justice, it's really lovely.

Harmony blinds recently installed a roller blind in my bathroom and provided an excellent and very efficient service. The sales consultant Mike Gibson was helpful and provided a brilliant customer service and the installation was carried out promptly. I was impressed with the superb workmanship of the installer and high quality roller blind that has made a positive difference to my bathroom. It is reassuring to know that whenever I require a window blind, a call out from the sales consultant Mike from Harmony Blinds will help me to find the right product thanks to his excellent window blind knowledge and professional and reliable service. I highly recommend this company.

I had an experience where following the installation my house and car key went missing. First thought was something conspicuous as you would but after contacting the installer he was adamant that he did not have them. As I was moving at the time I expected I had put them down and that they’d turn up. New locks and car recoded later I got a random but welcomed call off of Mick Proctor from Harmony Blinds to advise that they had turned up in a hole in the van, and that they will be dropping them off. I explained that I have paid for the changes above and they have now re-imbursed me for all costs I have incurred and the keys will be returned (there weren’t just keys to my house on them). I think this shows the honesty of the company, it would have been very easy to just throw them away and do nothing further. But that would have been the easy option! 100% would recommend the company, oh and the blinds are great aswell!

The roman blind in the bay window is unsafe and impractical to use for the customer, how ironic from a company that purports to uphold the highest standards of health and safety. They have refused to investigate and are hiding behind regulations. Simply NOT acceptable.
