This is my doctor & I always get seen on time & there's very friendly people as well as doctors here

They seem to refuse to answer the phone. I have called them multiple times. the phone line times out

Have always recieved friendly and helpful service for myself and my children. Yes at times appointments are running abit late but when dealing with peoples health unexpected things can happen causing delays. I would recommend this practise.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE

Worst surgery ever. I've moved around a lot due to work so I have had to change doctors several times in my life and this is by far the worst GP practice I have ever encountered. These people are disgusting. Doctors ignore your concerns and treat you like you're stupid. You're not even a number to them, as even if you have to go back regularly due to chronic conditions, they never remember who you are even if you've been seeing the same doctor all along. The receptionists are even worse, incredibly rude and treat you like you're nothing. I have never ever spoken in an impolite manner to any of these people, so I do not understand how they can do this to their patients. They should be audited and shut down!

Really terrible communication in my experience. You practically have to book holiday from work to dedicate days trying to get to a basic level of care in terms of an appointment. Also seem still to be outright against getting back to face to face appointments even with issues that clearly need more than photos and a phone explanation. It's quite emotionally draining being a patient at this practice

Been with these doctors yrs and they have been great up an till covid . They seem to hiding themselves while everything else is opened up . Waited 3 weeks for telephone consultation for my 5yr old . To get called at 3 clock .school time . No one called me back . No text to see what the problem was . Massive lack of care with this doctors . Was told can have flu jab but not covid booster when I've had last covid jab in April. Went for flu jab Saturday to find doctors all blocked off when nbooking this no one told me wouldn't be at the doctors . So never got it . Am now waiting for them to answer the phone 25 minutes waiting and still waiting lack of care massively with harbour view .

So unorganised there very happy to leave a 7 month old baby until last phoned them at 11am still no call by 6pm SHOCKING. It’s not the first this has happened either when I phone them to chase I just get to she’s on the list has to wait like everyone else

My experience has always been excellent. Today I had a telephone conversation with a GP and I felt listened to and cared for. The doctor was very experienced and professional. The nurses and healthcare assistants are brilliant too!

Lost paper work twice. Appointments thought of being made but hadn't by doctors. Not listening properly and making you feel really bad.
