I cannot say enough good things about Brittany! In addition to being friendly and personable, her facials are The.Best.Ever. She is so skilled at what she does and likes to help educate her clients as to what they may do to help improve their skin. I have received so many compliments since I started seeing her. She is the reason I have kept my membership for years. I recently tried a massage with Lainey and it was incredible! She is in high-demand and it's easy to see why because her deep tissue massage was fabulous! My husband has started going to her now too and he isn't even a member yet. The front desk gals are great as well, something more businesses should care about, given it's a first and last impression of a business. They are always helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed with your services at Plymouth Hand and Stone.

I have been going to Hand & Stone in Plymouth for a few years now and it has always been very good... But today I had THE BEST massage of my life! I have seen several different massage therapists here (all great), but today was my first time seeing Mariah and holy crap—best massage ever. She is a massage god. Would rate 6 stars if possible.

Worst experience I have had so far. The front desk was EXTREMELY pushy with the subscription. I told them like three times NO, and they kept asking until I said yes. I called two weeks later to cancel it, and the girl I talked to told me, yeah it’s canceled, we won’t charge you. I got charged twice. I called them and they had me sign a form after they told me it was canceled two months ago. I’m getting charged for a service that I won’t use. I’m getting charged after they told me I wasn’t going to get charged anymore. They misinformed me.

They care about money more than about people. They keep charging my wife money for the services she cannot even recieve. For MONTHS she has not been able to get in. She pays the monthly membership fee and she cant even recieve any services througout that month because they keep on canceling her appointments. She asked for a refund and they wouldnt even give it to her. This is complete fraud! Management doesnt care. She has many packages now availabile but apparently she cannot even use them. This place is a joke and not professional.

I received a massage on 2/8/2021 from "Jamie". This was not only unprofessional, the massage therapist was inappropriate. The massage started with a hard sale for CBD oil for 32$ (I declined). The therapist also told me I could remove my mask (fine, but unnerving thinking of how many others she's been exposed too during a pandemic). The therapist placed her fingers below my undergarments during the massage (NEVER OKAY). The rest of the massage was so unprofessional I was convinced this is someone who is not licensed. I was so taken back after the massage I just paid and left to avoid a huge scene. I asked their manager to call me. The manager simply offered me an opportunity to pay for another massage with a different therapist. I'm so disappointed that I can't even wrap my head around this. I would highly suggest avoiding!
