5 Star service from this company. Very easy process from start to end. Booked at short notice and they had availability. We got the Paris hot tub with the deluxe package which was lovely for the colder evenings now. Instantly confirmed our booking and then a couple days before drop off, I got a text saying the time they would arrive on the Friday. Alex came and set up our hot tub which took about an hour, very lovely guy and also very informative. Collected on Monday and again, very quick service. Will definitely be using again, hopefully for Christmas time if we can. Would highly recommend their service for birthday parties, christmas and for a lovely quiet weekend. We can't wait to have the hot tub back, we were sad to see it go. Thank you Luke and Alex :)

Professional and friendly service with good communication about delivery/collection times and informative instructions given on how to use it. The hot tub itself was in excellent condition and the whole family loved it. Have recommended this company to family and friends and would definitely use again.

Very good quality equipment and friendly, professional service. We were very pleased with the hot tub we hired. We upgraded and got the gazebo and it was a really great treat for the kids over half term. Luke was at the end of the phone when we needed some advice. Treat yourself!

Fantastic hot tub hire. Quick and professional set up. The tub was a good size and quickly warmed up. We really enjoyed our use of it. Take down was done well and we didn't even need to be there. Would totally recommend to friends.
