fantastic service from here. Took the car without an appointment as a suspension coil had snapped. Not only did they manage to fit us in without an appointment, they manage to do it ahead of the time frame given, so that I could have the car to go to a funeral the next day. Martin and the team were excellent. They described the work needed in a clear way, without treating me like an imbecile (which has happened in the past in other garages). Will definitely use them again

From internet search for an MOT and service provider to having the car back took 24 hours. The ability to book and pay for, up front, the MOT and service was really useful. Equally, choosing a time slot made things easy. Having dropped the car off I got the feedback on the MOT, advisories and service requirements by phone. The advice was really well balanced and fair. Being new to the area I had no local knowledge of garages and Halfords made all of this easy. I will definitely be returning.
