Have been going here for years. Ben is amazing and really undetstands what will suit me. He also did all the hair for my wedding day and we looked fabulous.

Very poor service, I went in for a cut with Lauren who didn't engage in any conversation just spent more time looking at herself in the mirror. For a hair cut costing £35 I was in and out in half an hour not asked how I wanted my hair (curly,straight, etc) so left having to walk round town looking ridiculous because it wasn't styled properly. Luckily I had a voucher for 40% off so I didn't spend as much money on a bad haircut. Not welcoming at all just extremely bitchy, I'll be going back to wigs and war paints for a proper haircut and much friendlier staff next time.
