Unhelpful and expensive. Simple conveyancing job almost twice the price of Mancester firm we found to do the job. Several Wirral solicitors were also much cheaper

Terrible service - If you are looking to purchase a property, receive responses to emails, talk to someone on the phone about the case, use the online message service, receive confirmation that your payment has been received or anything very basic you would usually expect from a solicitor... this is not the company to use. It took weeks to actually talk to someone on the phone!! It was not GW legal's fault our purchase did not reach completion but I feel even if we were able to overcome some of the issue with our deal, GW legal will not have been able to get us across the line or at least delayed us months and months. I have had to repeat myself to several people about our case over 3-4 months for the information to still not be understood. Write it down guys!! When I did get through to our solicitor she did take time to speak to us but why so rare? Overall really disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for a smooth process. If you are taking on too much work this will have an effect on the service. It feels like this is the case.

Fantastic service from the beginning to completion. We couldn’t thank Tara and Julie enough for their professionalism, determination, patience, effective and frequent communication and just generally being a pleasure to deal with and down to earth. A Highly recommended service.

Unreal! My question was - do my previous lenders "legally" have to provide a statement of accounts for me if i request it? Answer - you would have to ask the lender that question. To which i explained, you are the legal experts, not me and not my lender, so is this a legal thing where they "have" to provide this to me Again the reply was they do not know and to ask the lender Better just banging my head against the wall!!
