I go regularly - it is basically like going to see a friend on the way home from work, and coming away with decent eyebrows, or feeling refreshed after a massage. Craig takes an interest and makes you feel very comfortable. I suffer from tense back and shoulders, and a friend recommended I go see Craig. I was initially reluctant (a massage? Me?) but it is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend and would not consider going anywhere else.

This was my first visit to Groom and Butler and my first ever waxing session. Craig put me at ease right from the start and explained everything, checking I was OK to continue. He provides a fantastic and professional service and his attention to detail and customer care are a real bonus. A genuinely nice guy who knows what he's doing.
