Very bad customer service. My mum dropped a pack of hot potato wedges & was confronted by a rude member of staff who told my disabled mum (who has a walker & cannot bend) to pick up the hot wedges after my mum had moved them to the side out of the way. We complained to the manager, hopefully that staff member will be punished for speaking & back chatting to a customer
