Went to my local Gerggs at 10-45am. No sausage rolls ready. Was told they would be ready in 7mins. Joke. 20mins later I got them. Disgraceful

I always assume that this Greggs is just like a normal one you would find anywhere else but god, once I’m in there I remember really quickly why I hate it. There’s always sausage rolls to fair. It’s like the only thing I think they’ll continually bake but there’s no help if you want any bake, pizza slices, sandwiches, most cakes or one of the best menu items, a scotch pie. If it’s frustrating enough that there’s never anything in stock, the staff will just add to the excruciating experience. They do not seem to care at all and don’t even hide the fact that the mere act of doing their jobs is a hinderance. The amount of times my sausage rolls have been literally slapped off the counter has given me the knowledge of what that sounds like (it’s like a muffled ‘phump’). A customer ahead of me that was being served got sighed at when she asked for a cake as if the customer told them that they can’t go with their friends to the playground. Honestly just shut this place down and that should put everyone associated with that store out of their misery.

Great food, but the one staff member was rude on both occasions i visited in one week. Perhaps she just doesn't like the English!

Says it's open until 18:00 pm, so why am I currently standing outside of it shuttered just after 16:00?
