The only appointment I have had, I was refused medication which was on repeat in my previous surgery. I did not need it to be on repeat, rather on an as and when required basis. This is the 1st time I was ever refused a lower dose of this medicine which I requested since I possess a much higher dose at home which makes me drowsy. I stated that if was refused it I might need to take what I already have at home and was accused of threatening to take meds which wasn't the case. The drug is not an opoid and it's only dangerous if taken in high dose since the side effects make you drowsy. I requested the lowest dose and was refused. I'm moving surgery as I am not willing to give them another chance. The student Dr and the Dr that saw me was unprofessional and unwilling to help.

Medications have been messed up by them multiple times. Wrongly prescribed or lost referrals and prescriptions from psychologists and consultants. I'd never trust them with a serious illness.

If I could give this surgery no stars I would I have a baby with cows milk allergy I need perscription allergy formula there’s times this surgery don’t process the perscriptions , they perscribe tiny amounts , or prescribed me once a thickening agent not even the formula I needed , too many mistakes! I’ve been left with no food for my baby ...as it takes two days for boots to order it in after the prescriptions Many times the prescriptions were sent to the wrong places I have to chase and chase and chase to get allergy formula milk to feed my baby It’s disgusting I came in booked an appointment to discuss the vaccine program the doctor didn’t even want to speak to me about them individually, told me it was the nurses job , I said I wanted to speak to a doctor about my concerns of each individual vaccine It’s all 6 or nothing he said , he didn’t want to go through anything with me at all he wasn’t interested. He didn’t care about me being a new nervous mother at all .... Kicked out of the room without discussing the next step of my baby’s allergy management which was one of the things I wanted to discuss... They just don’t care !!!!!! I feel really upset how they treated me

I have been attending this practice since I was a student, nearly 40 years ago. As I get older I go more often! I have always found the the staff (doctors, nuses, admin) to be helpful, caring and competent. I recommend this surgery.
