Very small place to visit, less than an hour you can see the whole place twice but it's a great way to introduce people to agriculture and animals many city dwellers don't get to see. My life loved it for sure. They even do let boarding but you pet would then become an attraction... Not sure I would like that personally but the conditions they are kept in were great
So lucky to have the farm nearby! Kids love it. Great setup. Highly recommend the kids parties they do, too!
It's a great little place with in the city. Nice to see farm animals up close and a good park for young children.
Great place to spend a morning with the little ones. A great chance to buy fees duck eggs
It's wonderful! But - they need more volunteer helpers and more budget. CEC should support and extend the whole concept and forget about non citizen conceived crazy ideas like road bollards! Seamus is a hero and just couldn't be more helpful.
Lovely wee place. Lots of animals, playpark for children, good cafe. You can definitely spend around 1h here, a bit longer with kids. Great picnic place as well! + its free!
A great place to bring kids but maybe not the best attraction around for adults. My fiance and I went and saw everything we wanted in less than an hour. It is great that somewhere like this exists in the city so kids have the chance to learn about farming and animals. The staff we met obviously care for the animals a lot. Highlight for me was how much the goats enjoyed a wee ear scratch 😊
Not a huge place, but well looked after with lovely staff. My grandchildren really enjoyed being able to feed most of the animals including the alpacas and we spent probably 90 minutes there. It's all free apart from buying animal food if you like, but a donation is always welcome. They would probably do well with the little tea shop open, especially on a nice day. Only gripe could have done with soap at the sinks after touching the animals, but we all enjoyed our visit.
The petting zoo was amazing! Me and a friend came here one day. Its really child friendly and theres a lot to see. The entry was also free!
