Fantastic service and great staff. Bought a tudor black bay 58 blue bezel. Love the watch and loved the service. Would highly recommend as the experience was fantastic. The manager William stood out in particular, as he is a fellow watch guy. He showed great product knowledge and you could tell he love the product he was helping to sell. We spoke at length about the watch and other watches we have. I think the service would be the same no matter what the price of the purchase. Thanks.

5star experience. Was offered a tea or a coffee while I picked the watch I wanted.. Bran new watch with case & next day delivery. Sales assistant extremely smart, attentive and very helpful.. even showed me the watch on his wrist I couldn’t think him enough with how straight forward the sale was after such a bad experience with Ernest jones 5 minutes before coming to goldsmith. Will be back.

I visited some time ago looking to buy a watch. I was told by the man on the phone that there was a suitable watch in my price range. When l travelled into to see it , l was told it had been sold. The salesman then proceeded to show me something completely different. What a waste of time and money. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

My wife and I had an extremely pleasant experience. Tom, the sales assistant, could not have been more helpful. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout. He carried out Covid protocols whilst ensuring we were fully at ease, he remained fully engaged, being happy to answer our questions before we decided on our purchase. It was our first experience of shopping at Goldsmiths and would highly recommend them. Next time we are considering purchasing some jewellery, Goldsmiths will be our first port of call!

Myself and the good lady were looked after by William when buying a watch. Very knowledgeable and helpful during our buying process and also very COVID observant. First time buying from Goldsmiths and definitely will not be the last.
