The cost for repairs has gone up considerably in the last few years. I got a necklace repaired recently and it cost triple what it cost in 2017/18. It was also presented to me in a plastic bag, when before I was given a neat little box. Finally, it took a week when before it was repaired on the same day (I was getting the same thing done again). Friendly service though. Probably wouldn’t go back for repairs but the jewellery they sell looks classy and unique.
