Nadia and her team were a delight to work with, very accommodating and informed me of every step in the process to correct my son Lewis's teeth. The environment it very contemporary and outstandingly clean. Parking is good which is always a bonus. My daughter will be needing her teeth corrected soon and i would't consider going anywhere else. Had an appointment last week and was nothing but impressed with the level of service and professionalism from the minute I walked in the door. Facilities were top notch and Nadia explained everything from start to finish. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Before starting treatment I was given a full assessment and returned a few weeks later for a full treatment plan break down before deciding to go ahead with the treatment or not, after seeing how my teeth could look with the insignia method I was so excited to get started. The orthodontist was not pushy at all, gave me all the facts and options available, very polite and calm. The practice is very modern, clean and bright. Despite being a busy practice the staff are always polite and friendly. I’ve been attending every 4-6 weeks (unless emergency appointments which are available same day if I called in the morning, the staff are always very good at returning a call if I don’t get through on the first occasion) My treatment over the past year has went very smoothly and I can’t recommend GSO enough. Two of my friends have also attended and had great treatment.

Absolutely fantastic. I can not recommend highly enough. I myself am a dentist and underwent a lot of orthodontics as a chid. I was never completely happy with the result. I thought some improvement could be obtained and went and met Nadia. Nadia introduced me to a new kind of braces the practice were offering, the Insignia system. I got to see a digital before and after view of how my teeth would look and I was amazed. After 9 months of treatment I have been left with a smile which I couldn't even have dreamed of. The results have been amazing. The treatment was very straightforward and Nadia and her team were excellent throughout. I am now a year brace free and the follow up I have had has been excellent. I have been reviewed every 3 months since having my braces off and have never been left with queries or doubts. People are always complementing me on my smile and teeth and this would not have been possible without the help of Nadia and everyone at Southside Orthodontics. Nadia and all the staff at this practice are fantastic and I would have no hesitations about recommending them to anyone at all.
