Dealt mainly with Emma - although all the staff are friendly & professional. They found a great tenant quite quickly, and Emma was very helpful with all the paperwork & requirements that letting requires these days too. Now let for over a month, my only gripe would be the out-sourced check-in service used - which was sufficient, just not as good as all the other things Gibbs Gillespie do themselves. But I happily recommend them.

EMMA FURLONG has been professional, courteous, patient and instrumental in helping us secure a tenancy for our family. It's been a very long and drawn out process; not down to Gibbs Gillespie but the referencing agency and Emma was there for us every step of the way. She made regular promises to contact us with updates, which she upheld. We move in 8 days and couldn't have done it without Emma. Thank you!!!

I didn't really have much experience when it came to the finer details for letting a property for the first time, but thanks to Emma Furlong and everyone else I had dealings with at Gibbs & Gillespie.. I got the property I was after, and all the finer details were made easier for me by all involved... highly recommend! many thanks G & G

Had a viewing arranged for it to be cancelled with only a couple of hours notice. Instead of picking up the phone to tell me they have instead decided they would email me. They were fully aware that I was coming from work and have not been able to check my emails so I was stood outside the property for half an hour waiting.

Very good service. Proactive at finding properties that matched our interests and locations. It was quick and easy to move in our new property.
