Review

Went with a friend to get him an acoustic guitar. Spent hours in store trying instruments. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store is huge and really well laid out with a huge amount of demo instruments. The stock levels are great. Will definitely be going back.

Review

We too bought an upright piano, and like another reviewer, it was faulty. After spending a long time putting together the stand etc when we placed the keyboard on top, middle C did not work. I now question the quality of the product. Do you QC your products? We have phoned Gear4Music a number of times and suggested that they replace the keyboard only, to avoid us having to dismantle and reassemble a new piano. However, they have not been understanding or compromising. We had to borrow a car to collect the piano and so returning it is not easy. To be fair they offered to deliver a new full piano, but tricky waiting in for a delivery when I work. When I last spoke to them I requested to speak to the head of customer service, who was unavailable. I was assured she would return my call. I am still waiting........

I ordered a bass guitar case but they unfortunately sent a standard guitar size case. I contacted the returns team and received an immediate response. They sent me out a better quality bass guitar case for next day delivery and let me keep the original miss-order free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I'm trying not to buy so much through Amazon and delighted with purchase of a cello stand. Website worked well, updates for delivery ideal and stand looks great in the house. It can't be easy for smaller firms to create and deliver excellent online sales and delivery processes but it worked for me so thanks.

Pleasantly surprised by how quick delivery was. I ordered late in the day yesterday at (about 4pm) and it's already here - less than 24 hours later, and I live in Scotland - quite far from their warehouse. I've used G4M before - they're great for hardware and odd bits and bobs where brand isn't too important, like cymbal felts and sticks. Would happily use again.
