Never managed to reach them in the mornings. Constant struggle to book an appointments Very rude receptionist Eileen, when there was snow all over Aberdeen and traffic was really bad bad I was late for 15 min for app with nurse – she told me I should’ve left earlier and she don’t care about the weather or myself (I left an hour before appointment for the road usually takes me 15 min) and made me wait for another 40 min.

I was told by a doc today that I just have to “learn to live with my symptoms” & was asked “what exactly is it you want me to do?” I was also asked the same thing when I reported her... Instead of coming away feeling better/hopeful, I now feel worse!

Never get appointment phone at 8 for on the day appointment takes u about 15,20 mins just to get through sorry none left just keep trying they say so u do the whole day to be told the same thing no APPOINTMENTS LEFT.

Brilliant surgery and staff friendly but the virus doesn't help when a new patient has to have phone appointments which don't get the same results as face to face appointments

There are some terrible, condescending doctors here but there's a few really good ones. You have to make sure you're speaking to the right one.

Really rude receptionists. Phoned asking for a phone call with a doctor and she said that can't happen as they are booked fully for 16 days and if I want something as an emergency I have to wait until 8am tomorrow. I didn't even get a chance to explain what's wrong with me and why it can't wait until 8am. Now I have no idea what to do. I'm in a lot of pain and now stuck.

I hated it....the receptionist is rude to me when I called by 8am and refused to give me appointment date even when I had an emergency. It killed me. The receptionist couldn't let me speak with any doctor or nurse even when I came in person at the Garthdee center. So unfair 😒 😪
