The products were awesome however, the service from staff poor. Will buy again as the furniture is great but hopefully next time the staff will be a little more engaging.

Staff really helpful in here, and the furniture is always of excellent quality. Have purchased beds, sofas, coffee tables and futons. They always seem to have a sale on for some reason.

Fantastic staff. They are there when you need them but move off when you are discussing beds or when you're taking your time testing them. Got items delivered by local delivery all the way up the stairs. Very good value for money!

The manager was so lovely and helpful! Bought a lot of my furniture for my new flat here. Very well designed and good quality.

I purchased during a sale to take advantage of the saving, but needed to delay delivery by a month (I was moving house and hadn’t completed). Assi assisted me, and she was just wonderful and so helpful. She put my order on hold and told me to get in touch when I was ready for delivery. After I’d moved into my new flat I contacted Assi again, who then arranged delivery — 10 days later my sofa arrived, and was brought into my room of choice. Really excellent customer service. Thank you Assi!

Lovely shop and nice stuff but manager made me feel uncomfortable. We asked her a question and she seemed very unhelpful , I would say even bothered ! Shame.

Great bargains to be had ..friendly staff and good quality items

Over the years I have never been able to actually purchase and take furniture away from the store. They always say the display item is the last in stock so it would need to be ordered. It kept happening. Very confusing. Perhaps that is the policy? It didn't seem clear to me, if so. Fine for smaller items as you can buy and take home.
