I paid £80 for what your seeing in the images, £80. I contacted the company and they are not willing to even come back and fix. You could pay £10 for a mini valet at a car wash and get better results. Would never recommend. I also have more images because they did such a bad job. Edit to reply to owner: I get that he stayed longer than he should have but it's not about the time he took its about how he did the job, the things in the photos are places he just didn't touch, yes the car was dirty but not 'very dirty' as your Eve was saying. The photos are not strange angles they are close up photos of the sides of the engine, those are bits you can clearly see and should have obviously cleaned, under the fuel cap is not a strange angles. My wheels are also not permanently damaged he just didn't clean them, yes the BMW logo on the wheels is fading but I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about the alloy in-between where you can clearly see the dirt and uncleaned bits. Also you say it can never be cleaned, then why have I just washed it myself and done a better job than you? I was never being rude to your staff I have proof of every email I was just addressing these facts, you also need to tell me this, Eve said how could it change drastically in one day? That's exactly what I'm trying to tell her! Its not possible! Its only possible if your man didn't clean it!

Bought car from Arnold Clark and it was clear they hadn't cleaned it since last dog-owning owners so the car was in a very horrible state. I asked for extra thorough interior clean and they came in with all kinds of shampoo and anti bacterial stuff and machines and generators and a kind of attention to detail I didn't expect! I am super happy with their service. I see some 1* reviews on here. No idea why. These folks were exceptional.

Arranged from my Skoda Octavia to have a full Valet with paint protection. Due to circumstances my car had not had a full valet in 18 months. Martin arrived at 9 am on 16th as arrange. 3 hours later he advised the job was finished and ready for my inspection. There was a a bright red shiny car gleaming in place of my tired car. The paintwork felt smooth to touch, cab interior back to showroom condition as was the boot. This was the second car Fresh Car Valeting worked on - the other was a end of lease job. I have no hesitation in recommend this company for work on your car - I will be using them regulary to keep my car in top condition.

Quite simply, the BEST car valet I have ever had. My car was going back to be replaced by a brand new car. I couldn't tell the difference between the old on e and the new one after the work had been completed. Brilliant job, worked tirelessly non stop for a Signature valet for over 4 hours and it was worth every penny. I will certainly use Fresh Car Valeting again and highly recommend them to anyone thinking about using them.

I had Alfie valet and wash my car. He arrived on time and was so professional, polite and helpful. He communicated what he was going to do clearly and made sure I was happy with his work before leaving. He took his time to make sure my car was left looking brand new and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. He also told me all about my safety checks and what needed to be done, and was very understanding. I will definitely be using Alfie again to valet and wash both mine and my families cars.

I had Lee doing a full valet on both our cars, he was very professional and did a great job. My husbands seats looked brand new after being left grubby/dirty from a previous owner so he's very happy and my car looks brand new. Amazing service from Lee!

Booked a 2 hour full valet, very nice guy showed up and stayed even longer to finish. Solid job, car like new. Well worth the money, if you have an egg card you get a discount on top. Recommend
