Just had to write and thank Ben for his assistance, care and efficiency when explaining and guiding me through the process of ordering an item of clothing I wished to purchase but unfortunately was not in stock. Fully in control of the situation I was told delivery would be the following day....it was already p.m. when ordered! All went smoothly and my parcel arrived by 10.00 am. Super, super fit - I love my leather skirt. 'French Connection' made an excellent choice when employing Ben and I feel sure wherever life takes him he will excel. Lovely shop and great staff.
