Weird store. You walk in and get swarmed by every single member of staff.made me feel very uncomfortable. also doesn't help getting forced to buy a gel pad for ur shoes which is a clear tactic for commission or whatever. also a poor selection of shoes. wouldn't recommend when JD is at the back.

Went in looking for a pair of trainers for my daughters Birthday, staff were very polite and helpful when asking what I wanted, even recommended going up half a size as most people do, the shoes fitted perfectly! The store is massive with a huge range of trainers, spotlessly clean and plenty of natural light too!

Very poor service really slow. Bought trainers for my daughter and live in Newcastle and they have gave me 2 right feet not a happy Xmas !

Lots of diffrent trainers to choose from. One happy nephew and reasonable price too

Bought a pair of Nike Air which started coming apart after 2 weeks. I was refused a refund and accused of putting them in the washing machine, even though they still had dirt and grass on !. The manager totally ignores the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE......

Clean and with plenty of Covid-19 safety measures in place but slow service

Nice shop, great selection of footwear and the staff were helpful too. This shop was also cheaper than JD, and other retailers in the same area, so win - win.

Manages to get my little boy some black tns in here in the sale for school. Hard to get decent black trainers that last. So far so good. Couldn't go this shop on a regular basis quiet pricey for me , but lots of nice style trainers if you have a bit if money aside and are into the latest footwear

Can get busy weekends so prepare to wait but great shop
