Came to this salon specifically for nail art. I was getting infills also and my daughter a full set and art ready for her prom. The price of the art needs to be made public on there website and the quality of the art worked on. Art here is £20 extra on top of whatever your getting done.. extortionate compared to other places. Most charge under £10, which i was made to belive it was until payment time. Now onto quality..the colours i wanted were out of stock to start, but we went ahead.. it was supposed to be red and leopard print along with a very light, peachy pink.. ended up with dark pink..baby pink and the leapord print is awful. I also had to go back in the next day to have corrections done. Some of the colour was missing from 2 nails, a part of the old colour i went in with left, no top coat on a nail, and some bubbles on the surface of a few. Never had this before. The good thing is they did correct some parts the next day.. although with my daughters nails it seems no top coat was applied at all.. and the squiggly lines not dry.. although put in a UV lamp.. my daughters nail art smudged over 4 of her fingers hours after we had left.. iv never known this to happen either. At this point we decided we would not go back again. About £120 down and neither of us impressed for what seemed on google to be the best around. Very disappointed. will continue our search and know for next time.

I have been a regular client since they opened. Was always very happy with my nails and the staff were always very good. Today when I tried to book online it didn't work. I called the salon to book, the lady said it wouldn't let her book me in and assured me she would call back. I called back off my mobile and it said unavailable in my area, called off withheld and it went straight through. I asked the lady why they blocked me as I have never had a bad experience or bad word to say about them and gave a brilliant review in the past. She wasn't sure what to say and said she hadn't blocked me which was a blanton lie, she assumed I was blocked and could not give me an explanation. Very odd and bad customer service.

I have an ng tube due to an illness, due to this and other medical issues I cannot wear a face mask. I am medically excempt and the nail bar refused to treat me. This I feel was discrimination against my illness and it was very upsetting.
