Really impressed with this garage after the first use of them. Very helpful customer service rep on the phone who answered all my queries and got my car booked in for 48 hours later. Then the quality of work was superb, excellent communication throughout the day telling me what was needed and the cost. Zero pressure to do extra stuff and then the final cost was very reasonably priced. Recommended if you live in Abingdon.

Very friendly family run business. I came to to have an engine light checked and they told me what was wrong with the car and gave me a price to get it fixed. I decided to go ahead with it and they were able to fix it within a couple of hours. Absolutely honest people! Many thanks - highly recommended.

I had my Van MOT carried out at this garage. Found the service to be very efficient, they where able to source the parts needed to get my van road worthy and fix the issues within the day. The customer service was excellent. Will be using them from now on.

I found my experience with Fitzharris Motors Great, They relayed to me in detail about what needed to be done to my car and a timescale of how long it would roughly take, they also rang me with a guide price before any work was undertaken.

I used the garage 3 times to fix my 15 years old focus, once per year usually :). Once, I think, I was overcharged on the battery, not too bad though, and it happen 3 years ago. Since then I never had any issues. All done promptly, with good quality and on time. In last two years I am really happy with the service. Good communication, straight-forward, good value. I wouldn't recommend it 3 years ago, but now I am happy to do so!

Fantastic service, I popped in on the off chance. Having only got about 40 miles into my 200 mile(each way) journey to a funeral, my coolant light pinged up. I found them on google and they attended to my car almost Immediately. They managed to fix it within less than 1/2 hour. A special thanks goes to Alan and Dan for helping it was really appreciated on such a day. I didn't catch the manageress' name but I really appreciated how prompt she got onto the guys in the workshop. A very professional and well run business. if you were more local I would definitely deal with more often. Although we were 20 minutes late If it weren't for these guys we would have missed it completely. Thank you for saving the day!!

Would recommend this garage without a doubt. Really friendly, great communication in terms of telling me in plain English rather than mechanics jargon what was needed and what was done and bonus of a sparkling clean car when picked up. Clearly a well run garage that really care about their customers

An honest mechanic is a valuable thing, and they've made me a loyal customer! No matter what my issue, they are quick to help, reasonably priced, and they don't try to take you for a ride. They do fabulous trustworthy work and even as a woman I know I can go in and explain that when I turn left it goes "tweet tweet tweet" and they will take me seriously, find the issue, and not overcharge. I've tried various mechanics around town and I'm now a satisfied loyal customer at Fitzharris!

I have been using this garage for years now, and they have always done a great job with fantastic service every time. Sadly they let me down rather badly yesterday and didn't handle it (or me) at all well, so I'll need to find somewhere else now. But... nobody's perfect and I'd still definitely recommend them. 99% of the time they are excellent, particularly young Josh who is a real credit to them and really gets the idea of customer service.
