We've had a sauna for perhaps 15-18 years in the old house, and when we planned our self build, we wanted a modern sauna to be incorporated. Much research undertaken, and at one point we were close to having an install from an Italian manufacturer, but then we came across Finnmark Sauna. Their product and reviews were all good, so we made contact. And surprisingly, they're here in the northeast of England. We made the call and met with Jake and Max. Two of the most enthusiastic and caring contractors and they manage an excellent team. We couldn't be happier with the whole process, from design, through installation and subsequent handover. Highly recommended.

I researched home-build saunas and came across Finnmark Durham through an on-line review. After several calls with Hamish in Durham, Finnmark became my preferred option. I pretty much followed the Finnmark online home build advice with additional guidance from Hamish. It took me approx 12 weeks to complete the build; all my own work with the exception of input from a trusted electrician. Finnmark delivered within the time slots they promised and the materials they supplied were top quality. Lisa–Elen at Durham managed the supply and delivery. We are absolutely delighted with our sauna and I now believe that a sauna a day really does kept the doctor away.

We’ve just had our first Löylyt in our new sauna designed and built by Finnmark. We wanted an authentic Finnish sauna and decided on the darker thermo aspen with a beautiful juniper panel to lighten up and add fragrance. The result is awesome and and just as wonderful overall experience. The technical expertise of Finnmark is excellent and we had the Dream Team: Ryan and Dan to build it for us, their attention to detail and care was fab to see in action, they were a delight to have around. Absolutely delighted! 🇫🇮🙌
