PLEASE IGNORE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. We were very interested in some bi fold doors but unfortunately we were let down by the appalling customer service over the phone. They don't even deserve 1 star and should be ignored by everyone, regardless of what they offer. I wasn't very surprised as I other views on here clearly state about the disgusting customer service over the phone. Please ignore, "FINE DOORS" and look for other door companies who seriously value customers and appreciate business. Racist scums!

Superb! Had our Rockdoor composite door and sidelights supplied and fitted by Fine Doors. Very happy with our new door, received good advice and the price was good too. John the fitter was very efficient and completed the job in a day! Would definitely recommend.

Review

We were looking for a prehung stable door and other companies were quoting us 4-6 weeks!! Fine Doors advised us on the most appropriate locks and they turned it around in 2 weeks! Well pleased, highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Delivery was prompt, the actual door is nice but... I purchased a door set to ensure that the door closed properly and it was an easy option for my fitter, saving labour. Unfortunately, the door doesn't close properly. There is NO gap on the lock side. It was pre-finished and when fitted it is perfectly true and level, there is a perfect gap on three sides of the door, but on the one side there is zero gap. It is exactly the same the full length. Mistakes happen, but the person I spoke to on the phone just said to me "well, if that's the case we just wouldn't have sent it out". Well, you did. I was promised a phone call from someone else, obviously that never happened. As I have said, mistakes happen with every business, but it's how they're dealt with that I find separates good from bad.
