The worst Post Office ever!!!!!! If it was possible to rate it 0 stars I would do it. Very rude and unprofessional staff which always have problems with printing proof of postage!!! Don’t use them. Today I was sent away without posting my parcel because apparently “system was asking too many questions” and before that he wanted to charge me for pre payed service ! WORST SERVICE EVER

To be fair the staff have been nothing but lovely but there is nothing on their website or the Post Office website which states the post office section closes before 8pm. They need to get this rectified as it is a massive inconvenience & something that is definitely doable as other shops that have post offices in do it.

Absolute disgraceful service today. I came in to return a parcel. The lady who works at the post office counter is really patronising and rude and condescending, not the first time she’s been rude! I left the queue for the gentleman to print my returns label as the lady couldn’t do it and she initially didn’t even offer to print it for me. I informed her the email says it can be printed at the post office. I went to the front to speak to someone who can help print out my label. I then had to queue again whilst he was printing the returns label as his phone had died. He then gave me my copy of the label. The lady was so unhelpful I needed to stick the label onto my package and the lady told me to go back to the front to ask the gentleman again and said she needs to serve the next customer! I left the queue again and asked the gentleman how am I supposed to stick my label, he said I need cellotape! Of course I need cellotape!! He wanted me to pay 40p for the label he printed. I said I only have card ,so I said I will go home and stick my label on and come back. He didn’t allow me to take the label home. He didn’t even offer me cellotape so I could stick my label on to my package! So unbelievably unhelpful!!! Absolute disgraceful service! Never going back there again!!! A few pennies clearly matter to them more than good service, like I was going to run away and not pay 40p. I don’t know whether it’s a family run post office but their aim is to do bear minimum when it comes to helping or assisting customers.

Contrary to many of these reviews, I don't feel anyone here is disrespectful. There is a slight level of unprofessionalism in the way they speak or address their customers however. More smiles, more good morning/good afternoon, take care, have a nice day. Something? Anything? Although the little lady who usually sits behind the parcel drop-off area is rather sweet.
