Very poor, can't get appointments, staff don't seem interested, even when told to ring for an appointment can't get one, one doctor in particular is very rude and unhelpful and the practice manager is not interested in the patients at all. Disgusting.

I too have been with faith house for 40 years as with the rest of my family. It used to be a friendly surgery and the drs were great. Dr Elsworth, Dr Crick, Dr Wong. Now it's a miracle if you can get to see any of the drs that are here at the present. I'm not saying the drs are bad it's just impossible to see them. I don't like phone consultation, how can you diagnose over the phone ? As for this new prescription line! It hardly gets it right. Prescriptions not as they should be or don't even turn up. Then stuck on the phone for 40 mins waiting for someone to answer. It's getting that other people are saying " your not with faith house are you" I know you have a lot of patients but having to wait forever for an appointment is rediculas. Just hope one day you might get back to how you was a caring family practice

Lucky to get appointments in good time, usually have to wait a month. Phone calls dony get answered, building dated and drab.

Faith House Surgery and the staff are an excellent bunch of people. Although busy at times (which is to be expencted) They alway find a way to squeeze a patient into the surgery like myself and your always greated by a smile. I feel bad for the receptionists as I think they could do with another 10! Then again I am sure there are down times. But Faith House and My doctor, Dr. Wong. Is one of the best amonst all the doctors in and around the hull and east riding area! The practice manager is also polite and approachable, and the nurses are fantastic. Thank you Faith House!
