Exceed Hair Academy – bradford

Had my hair coloured within a wk my roots started to show I went back and Vicki expected me to pay more when I told her I shouldn’t have to, then getting my re touch done she refused to let her staff blow dry my hair so there for I left the Halifax salon with wet hair Vicki thought this was funny when I went to complain but never again will I go there. This is my review so if anyone should get funny don’t every one experiences things that make them unhappy.

Lovely staff, nice hairdressers. Coffee and tea offered at no cost. Parking could be a problem as it's located on a busy road. A great booking system with printouts of your next appointment and a text alert to remind you a few days before your appointment. Inexpensive (£12 gents/ £35 women's)

Charlotte W was absolutely amazing with me last week. I don't love getting my hair done but it needed it. I'd never been to Exceed before and as soon as I went in, I explained what I wanted, Charlotte made some suggestions and did it. I was really nervous (as I usually am getting my hair done) but I had no need to be! I absolutely love it and I can't wait to go back. Thank you Charlotte and the rest at Exceed!

Second visit to see Jodie today, she did a great job on my hair, listening to my concerns and checking with me the amount she was taking off first before cutting. I was happy to let her advise me on what she thought would work for me. The automated text reminder of appt due is great as I normally only get my hair done twice a year as I'm not that good at making an effort. The text promoted me to make an appt. Been twice now in 3 months.....that's a record for me. Not too expensive either which means I'll go more regularly. Thanks Jodie (sorry if it's Jody) 😊

I visited the salon yesterday for a colour and blow dry the two young ladies Jessica and Shelby were most helpful helping me select the perfect colour , the whole experience was very professional and I am thrilled with my new hair !! 😁Thankyou girls 👍
