A great little shop with a bar in the back. Plenty of options, in the shop and then a great wall of spirits in the bar with many many cocktails on offer. Staff are great and will knock anything up you ask of them. Their pretty knowledgeable to so if you aren't sure their great at finding what you like and make it for you! Don't let the packed bar put you off theirs an upstairs too

Just called in here walking up the high street and I'm really glad we did. Lovely cocktail bar, they don't hold back on the spirits. They have powerbanks handy to charge up your phone which was convenient. Great staff. Only downside was there's only one toilet which is used for both men and women so you could be waiting a while. Overall 5 stars and would come again.

I couldn't believe the number of gins available at evil eye, so went for a drink in the bar at the back.... The bar lady helped me choose which to try and was lovely! Fantastic customer service from her.... Just a shame the guy in the shop part was a bit moody. Overall great place to go! Definitely add it to the list if you're going to york

Been a bunch of times love trying all the different cocktails, which seem generally better value than a lot of other places in York, really extensive fun menu, and never too busy if you don't go on a Friday or Saturday night. Tables could do with cleaning more often. The shop is also pretty good.

Hidden pub behind an off licence. Really big and several floors of seating areas. Toilets on the top floor. Quite during the day and no bar staff to been seen after we got served. Various bottle lager and cocktails for sale. Nice place.
