Booking ahead is definitely so much easier and quick, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was normal standards of cinema food but I don’t get the paper straws... that was a task and a half to drink a frozen coke with a young child who ate practically 3/4 of the straw before drinking half the drink. The cinema and seats were ok, but not that comfortable and the seat next to me had a large tear in it. There was an unusual musty smell in the cinema back row area where we sat but to my shock was the female restroom, it was filthy and outdated, lots of used paper towels all over the floor with an overflowing waste bin, 3-4 cubicles out of order and a couple of the working cubicles were very dark with inadequate lighting. Overall the enjoyment of the movie did enhance our experience.

Tickets are cheap, cinema isn’t amazing quality but once the movie starts you kind of forget that. Staff are super friendly. There was a problem with one cinema being way too loud but it seemed like staff were willing to address it which was really good considering other places can be quite dismissive.

An “appalling” experience. The male rest-rooms were so “gross!” Upon entering, there was a “fowl” stench of “urine.” Nice! Just the thing, I want to experience, upon paying 45 dollars, for us to view the film, “Alladin.” Furthermore, the male rest-room was “strewn” with paper towels, and, the mirrors were “de-faced” with scratch marks and disgusting graffiti! There ought to be an individual, keeping guard, from such “miscreants, causing this damage, in my humble opinion. No, we shall not return to Glendale Cinemas, since, there is no “pride” in the conditions of propriety. So gross! Lastly, the pop-corn was too salty! Michael
