They promise a 24 hour delivery if they have the items in stock. So I call up next day and 1 person says there was no stock then a manager says that my address was too far on the rota. Then he says they had a busy day and that the item I bought is not very common. So I explain to them that they could of informed me about the stock issue then I could of gone elsewhere to find what I needed for that day. No apology was given by the manager. So I told him you you are lying to the customers and you need to rethink this 24 hour promise and so he responds " the only solution I see is that we need more delivery trucks". IF YOU WANT TO BE DECEIVED AND LIED TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
