Avoid this company. They are really nice to you on face and on phone, but will not help you if something goes wrong. We ordered a bunch of stuff from them and when one of the items didn't fit properly and needed right parts ordered, I found myself chasing the folks at this shop and finally gave up as they either kept ignoring my calls or kept up the sweet talk and lip service but with no action.

One of the best customer service I have ever seen. Right from my first call to the point of delivery, it was a first class service. Lina was very professional, customer focused and went extra mile to get all the items needed on my order and also price matched with their competitors, she is a real star. I will definitely recommend them as one stop place for all your bathroom plumbing and great prices.
