Avoid this surgery. My 87 year old Mother waited 3 weeks to get her blood test results. After I rang the surgery to complain they contacted my Mother the next day to explain the test taken 3 weeks prior was abnormal and they arranged for a Nurse to take further samples. This is not the first time my Mother has had problems with this surgery,

Partner scheduled a physiotherapy appointment over a month ago and they didn't cancel it. Partner went in recently and they said they didn't even knew they had physiotherapists in the surgery. One apparently left on leave but the surgery didn't care to notify or cancel. When at the surgery, partner was informed by the receptionist that the surgery didn't have physiotherapists.

No wonder they are closing down, my dad was a close call with sepsis and the best they could do is an appointment a week later. My mother was ill a few weeks later and she can't even talk to a doctor turns out to be a chest and throat infection. Then the two times I've needed help in years they've royally let me down, I had a mental breakdown and they didn't even bother notifying me that they prescribed me something, I found out 2 month's later picking up one for my dad. Then recently had a throat infection and the hospital even sent a letter saying I will likely come down with one, organizing getting the meds has been a nightmare... They sorely miss the likes of Dr Archer and Olaiya, at least they cared. Won't be missed

Lazy, slovenly and uncaring staff. If this surgery was a horse, you would shoot it and put it out of its misery. No wonder it's finally being closed down. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
