I hadn't tried personal training before, but I decided I needed the discipline and it has really borne fruit. Recently started Pilites with Kirsten and Mia and both have been absolutely fantastic. I've always struggled with injuries and cant believe I've been missing out on this. What a fantastic addition to my training would defiantly recommend for both boys and girls.
