I really enjoy coming to Energise, as a member I use the gym and the pool. Never had a problem with either. The small pool is great when I have my children with me. It can be a bit frustrating when it's full but I'm not sure what can be done about this other than the waitlist which they already have in place. The changing facilities are good, and the showers work well too. I enjoy being a member and it costs a lot less than the local health clubs.

Good facilities, clean changing rooms and warm showers. Could do with extra staff on aqua splash days as gets very busy and cleanliness suffers in changing areas for a short time. Small pool gave us blisters due to some debris on floor of pool - either broken tiles or other sharp bits - needs checking and removing as this is the kids priority pool. Friendly staff in general at reception, cafe and poolside. Will use again.

A very cold experience. My first time swimming with my 2 year old grandson and the baby pool was so cold. Not a pleasant visit.

Not great but no option this side of york Cons Loads of school kids everywhere Gym is crammed in and a bit dirty Some of the staff are pretty rude The pool area is pretty dated and dirty Wifi doesn’t work well App for booking classes is rubbish Swipe card access why not just code Expensive Charge you for missing classes Pros Local convenient Nice gym staff Classes are good if you can get on them
