Had the most beautiful, relaxing massage and facial with Azaria this morning. I was so relaxed that I dozed off at one point. Loved every minute of it and most importantly loved that she made me feel that she actually cared about what she was doing. My friend also had a massage/facial with Margie at the same time and said exactly the same as me, she cared about what she was doing and was amazing. Highly recommend both Azaria and Margie. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $600 for my best friend and I to have a celebratory spa day. It started with their log in iPad showing us everyone's details and what they had done, names, personal details, treatments everything! No security! Then not only was the room cold, but my friend's therapist cried for several minutes during it and needed comforting. No escort downstairs either. I contacted the management and was fobbed off twice.They pretty much accused me of lying. The therapist denied what we said apparently - who knows maybe afraid to confess...They refused to give me the owner's contact details to take it further as the owner isn't interested in what customers feel about their service apparently. They tried to offer a complimentary massage but I wouldn't go back if you paid me. I have been to Hyde Park and it was great. This was terrible, terrible, terrible.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional uncaring staff, booked one time over the phone then sent text message with a different time and afterwards refused to see me claiming I’m late. All this provided I drove from different side of the city heavily pregnant. Didn’t even try to find a satisfactory solution. Absolutely rude unprofessional management in store. To say never coming to this place again is understatement
