Professional and worth every penny!. Linda was fantastic, knowledgeable and certainly proved her experience with what was a well needed, relaxing massage. I definately look forward to my next appointment. The entire team were polite, friendly and didn't push any product sales which was nice as some places often make you feel pressured into purchasing products that you don't actually want or need.

Terrible facial. My face was being pulled and handled in a very rough manner. My hair was being pulled during the scalp massage. I was physically uncomfortable the entire time. Not relaxing at all. I asked the clinician to be more gentle twice, even stating it felt quite rough. This did not help. At the end my face was left with bits of product on my face that didn’t feel nice at all. I told the front desk about my experience and there was no effort to rectify. I paid full price for an very unpleasant treatment. I won’t be returning.

I got a voucher for my birthday 🎂 had the girls day out package it was amazing I never had a massage done it was relaxing the ladies was amazing explained everything the facials was really really good loved it. Recommended for sure.

This was the worse day spa experience I have ever had. Scrub was okay not a full body as described, massage was a waste of time not sure the therapist knew how to massage, the facial was done with gloves which is fine however rough, and seemed to have no idea what she was doing - lots of periods during this treatment where the treatment stopped and had no idea what she was doing - checking her phone was what came to mind every time. I will not be going back.
