endota spa Broadbeach – Gold Coast���Tweed Heads

I visited the Broadbeach spa, it is such an beautiful environment. It’s very calming as soon as you walk through the doors. I treated myself to the rejuvenate spa package which involves a body scrub that leaves your body with an all over glow. The therapist I had was Sarah she was magnificent, her touch was like an angel. I drifted away and it felt like a dream cause of the essential oil breathe, that I also purchased as well. After the organic facial my skin was so hydrated! I highly recommend the Broadbeach spa the staff are very lovely and accommodating. I will be visiting this spa again.

The massage itself was good and the lady was very lovely, but you don’t get what you paid for. Paid for an hour massage, they were running 10 minutes late (which happens) but then again another 10 minutes getting sorted in the room so didn’t start until 3pm. No problem finishing right on 3.45 though. Should offer to make up the extra time if they are late as you still have to pay for it.

Extremely disappointed with Endota Broadbeach. Had made 2 bookings with the spa. Only to have the first appointment cancelled and rescheduled. Got a phone call 10 minutes before my second scheduled appointment from Chelsea to say they had been flooded and couldn’t fulfill my appointment. Not a great end to my holiday

Amazing staff and customer service. Massage was so good as well. Used good pressure and check on you often to make sure it’s good and you’re ok. Great products they use too
