I ordered and paid for some items from this store and explained that I needed to collect them from store that Friday as they were needed for works taking place that weekend. The items turned up a week later so I had to purchase elsewhere. As the items were no longer required, I requested a refund but was told by the manager Sean that they would charge me 40% restocking fee which I declined. I have never paid re-stocking fee with any of my suppliers in 8 years so I wasn't going to start now. They then bettered their offer to 30% and again to 20% which I refused. I have since called on 7 occasions to seek my 80% refund with the intention of letting my credit card company sort out the remainder with Edmondson's direct. Sean the manager is either busy or when I did manage to speak to him he failed to call me back as promised. Edmondson's Electrical is expensive (Almost 1.5 times what I got at Screwfix) and the customer service from their manager is appalling. I would advise everyone reading this to go elsewhere to a supplier you can trust. Try them at your peril.

Big Eddie's, always got specialist bits in stock. All staff helpful especially Lee. He is superb, remembers product codes like an encyclopedia/if he thinks you have missed something will prompt you saves me time and money. Will go the extra mile. How wholesaler staff should be, knowledgable. Means I spend more time on the job.
