Were very open to answering my questions no matter how silly they seemed and were genuinely interested in the products they sell which makes the experience a lot more enjoyable for a watch enthusiast like myself. Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from here again.

Popped in on Saturday for a browse as we was visiting Bath and the level of customer service from start to finish was excellent. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and not "sales pushy" at all, we felt very comfortable simply browsing, which isn't always the case in a jewellers. My wife asked to try on a watch and Helen was great, very friendly and not pushy at all. Even went off and brought back about 10 different watches, all different brands and budgets, for my wife to try on. Didn't come in to buy a watch at all, but my wife walked out with a very nice Tudor and some goodies too, made her birthday weekend complete and special. Thanks to Mary for your great service, and to Tom ( the watch geek, Mary's words not mine ) for chatting watches while I waited. Great shop to visit and will definitely pop in again when we are next visiting Bath, maybe next time treat myself to a new watch ;-)
