Great store, you can buy all your household items from beds to frying pans. Amazing selection at fantastic prices. Staff. Very friendly and helpful. In general the shop is very well managed. Even a disable lift to get to first floor.

Lovely shop full of wonderful, high quality soft furnishings and lots more. Good coffee shop. Very helpful staff. Lots of free parking outside. Always a treat to visit, relaxing shop.

Good size car park, great location in a retail area of Salisbury. My mum was given friendly and helpful service looking to find a product she had researched online. Small cafe in store serving tasty snacks and drinks

Most enjoyable shopping. Sale started and bargains to be had. Enjoyed lunch at Pausa café situated on the upper level excellent choices on offer and most enjoyable. Well done to the young lady who appeared to be managing single handed... in a speedy and efficient manner with a pleasant attitude and lovely smile.

Shop was fine , staff were unhelpful. I asked if there was a ladies toilet and the staff member pointed in a general area saying it's over there in the corner. That's all she said. Not even a hello Looking at me as if I'd ruined her day!

Had to drive 20 miles to pick up 3 frames as it was the only store that had them available. Turned up and they didn't have them. The staff were super helpful and found that the Bournemouth branch had them available... The manager then picked them up and posted them out for me, and gave me a £10 voucher for the inconvenience. Nice to see customer service isn't dead

Nice shop, ample free parking. In-store café which is reasonable. And good covid procedures

Helpful, cheerful staff. Clean shop and toilets. Lovely coffee shop, good cup of coffee.

This was also a great place to visit and pick up some bargains, gonna go there again when I'm down this way next year.
