Family friendly, video games/vr for kids, you can use little kitchen room to make a cup, quality family time around books, crafts sessions, quite room to study/use computers... What else could you need? FB page admin very helpful. Love the hub :)

The wait for a parking permit was a bit long (45 minutes, arrival at 10.20am) but staff were polite and facilities are pleasant

Wonderful staff, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable seating and quiet spaces to read or study. I'd like there to be a small cafe in there again but it's also just fine as it is. :D

I rang up to try to find out when the residents' parking permit people were available, as this information wasn't on their website, and a lovely staff member, Kirsty (?), gave me instant and comprehensive information, which was hugely appreciated. Excellent service!
