I have been attending the clinic for over 11 years, im always welcomed and made to feel at home, ive had many treatments and the staff are always happy, polite and extremely professional.. I would highly recommend the Clinic, Dr Xavier is a wonderful Dr!!!

As a cleaning company we have been working with Medi-Spa for over 4 years now. All the receptionists and staff (especially Martin & Dr Xavier) are always very helpful, pleasant and lovely to deal with. The regular work they give us is a huge asset to our company and the whole process of booking jobs is always hassle-free. The invoices are paid on time and the communication is brilliant. Medi-Spa is an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you!

This clinic is exceptional. The quality of the staff, are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr Xavier keeps up to date with the latest ideas, passing them onto his patients. I understands that he lectures around the world, I feel lucky to have the clinic so close to where I live.

Exceptional clinic provided excellent service and professional care, relaxing decor, beautiful fresh flowers and spotlessly clean. I was welcomed by staff Glenis and Maria escorted to the relax lounge, offered lovely cup of tea/biscuit. Staff made me feel comfortable whilst remaining friendly and professional, easing my nerves. Consultation with Dr Xavier presented a caring professional and calm manner, not rushed. He explained clearly the procedure of what to expect, whilst being honest and realistic about my expectations. My questions were answered with the information I needed to feel comfortable enough to proceed with treatment. All post treatment medication was provided by the clinic. Martin was very knowlegable, helpful and professional with all the paperwork and financial issues. As well as offering the reassurance that confidentiality within the clinic is totally respected. I was extremely happy with the treatment I received from Dr Xavier and his caring team. You are all amazing, thank you. I would highly recommend Dr Xavier's Award Winning Clinic.
