The first time I went to this clinic he seemed pleasant and administered Botox , was very cramped waiting area not a pleasant feel but I was happy with results so when I came next time I waited 2hours in a sweltering waiting room no windows open 2 small fans only, no offer of drinks , then when I went in finally, his room was cool and windows open, he looked at me with distain, immediately I felt uncomfortable I said my Botox only lasted 6 weeks and was told when I rang up about a top up i also wanted to tell him about other problem areas and treatments. He did not want to know at all was rude arrogant and was rushed out I was absolutely gobsmacked and will never ever come back to see him again . There was no apology for the wait and the whole place could not give a dam about their patients and looking after them or there precious time. Shocking ..

When booking my appointment by phone the lady was abrupt and unfriendly. And Unsurprisingly, at the appointment, after waiting one hour, I was told that I couldn’t get the treatment because of an error on their part. Mistakes happen, I understand, wasting my time can be forgiven, however the entire team we’re unapologetic. The mature lady at reception seemed irritated when rebooking me a whole month later. The reception team acted like nothing had gone wrong. I was made to feel as though I was being a nuisance. I was met with a wall of disdain and irritation. It seems that wasting a Clients time is not considered an issue in this clinic because you are getting the “privilege” of being treated by Dr sebagh . The pompus attitude of the staff here is shocking. All the negative reviews seem to say the same thing, there’s 0 respect for your time or money.

I visited Dr Anne Mendelovici in July 2018 and the results have been fantastic. I really do not understand the negative reviews.. I have been visiting cosmetic clinics for the past 10 years and hers are by far the best results. Gutted I could not get an appt with her post 21st December due to christmas period otherwise I would have gladly come back to see her again .
