There not organised in the sense that when i prescription in I'm am not getting all of the items listen. This happens on to much of a regular bases and it's not like I can do with out the missed item.

Never get any help from reception always so many excuses and takes so much time to get an appointment.

Called in the early morning,which they had no appointments and asked to call back at three. Which is fair enough. However called back at three and kid you not took 100 missed calls to get through to someone after ringing for 10/12 minutes to be told no appointments again. The lady on the phone was rude aswell considering I told her what the problem was and I was still met with an unpleasant tone etc. This was the last straw and I’d rather sign up with different gp practice. Tired of this place and did very little to help. And extremely disorganised.
