Absolutely rubbish. Everything works so old fashioned and inefficient. For example: if you want to get medication there is no proper form but you just have to write it down on a random piece of paper, which means that often it gets lost or they are not sure what you mean and they just don't order anything. Also, I did a blood test and they lost my blood.. so no results. If it wasn't for me chasing them for the results I still did not know. Furthermore when you try to register someone new or try to change something on your details, you can be sure it never gets processed or the form you had to fill out gets lost so you have to go back in to do it all again. To cut a long story short: amateurs

It's no longer Dr Primuk's clinic. Sadly its now just another health action surgery with a rotation of drs who never know you. My experiences since the take over have been pretty hit and miss so cant rate any higher. Aside from the changing of the dr's its difficult to get an appointment. My last two appointments the doctors returned from lunch 35/40 minutes late. Reception staff are lovely though. And that can go a long way when faced with a long wait.
